Mr and Mrs Bowser [Richard Bowser,
Windyhaugh, 151 The Avenue], Starbeck, who, it will be remembered,
had ten sons serving with the colours, particulars and portraits
have appeared in these columns previously, have received the sad
news that Sapper E Bowser, Engineers, who was with the Balkan
forces, was killed in action in April 24th. This is their third son
that has fallen in the war.
