Harrogate Herald - 5th September 1917

I thank you very much for the Herald, which I look forward too every week. I might say a lot of the chaps in my platoon read it, although they don't come from Harrogate. I know several of the fellows whose photos have been in the Herald; Knaresborough chaps. I would be very grateful if you could send me a wrist watch, as we haven't got one amongst us, and they come in very useful.
