Harrogate Herald – 22nd December 1915

Private S Buck, writing to thank for the Herald, adds : 

I am going on fine, as we receive the best of attention and are very comfortable in every way, and I am hoping to be fit for the convalescent camp and then the trenches again soon. I may add that you paper is much read and appreciated by the boys in the trenches, of which a great number are Harrogate and district men who are always eager to "Have a decko" at the Herald. Thanking you once again for your kindness.
