Major Hardcastle, IM, Hilcot, Boroughbridge Road, Knaresborough, has received information that his son, Lieutenant Bevorde Vick Hardcastle (London Regiment) was wounded in the neck by shrapnel on March 15th, and is in hospital. Two other sons of Major Hardcastle are Commanders in the Royal Navy, and the fourth is with the Canadians.
