Private J Sabin says :
I am sorry I have not written to you before, but I
have not had much time. I thank you very much for sending me the
paper every week, as I am always glad to hear how the old town is
getting on. We are having a lot of rain out here at present, but are
getting quite used to it. I was glad to hear that there are a lot of
men enlisting from Harrogate, as we can do with them all.
