War Notes
Rifleman H C Suttill, of the King's Royal Rifles, and son
of Mr R Suttill, the Corporation Building Inspector, is in
hospital ill and suffering from trench feet and hands contracted by
exposure in the water-logged trenches on the Somme front. Prior to
joining the Army he was with Messrs Leather and Veale,
accountants, Princes Street. He has a brother in the Royal
Engineers, stationed at Christchurch, Hants (Sapper E W Suttill).
