Chats with the Wounded
Private E Timmis, of the Middlesex Regiment, is in the
Beaulieu Hospital with trench fever and an injured finger. He was in
France for about twelve months. He has had a touch of trench fever
some two months before his finger was accidentally cut to the bone,
and while he was in hospital with his injuries the trench fever
developed. His finger still gives him trouble, but in other respects
he is making a good recovery.
