Chats with the Wounded in Hospital
Private Willis, of the Yorkshire Regiment, is in St
Nicholas hospital with septic poisoning. He was in hospital with
influenza, when septic poisoning supervened, and he was invalided to
the country. He was one of the pioneers who are frequently used in
France in going into the trenches at night time and repairing the
damage done by the German shells fired during the day. He has been
out about nine months. he is now going on nicely.
