Private T W Wintersgill, eldest son of the late Mr and Mrs Wintersgill, of Beckwithshaw, whose home is at Rose Cottage, Thistle Hill, Knaresborough, was reported missing on May 3rd, but his wife has now had news that he is a prisoner in Germany. His youngest brother was killed in action on April 9th.
