Hester Spence - 19th December 1724 - K011

Parish of Fewston

The income from my land to be used for the education and maintenance of my daughter Susanna Spence until she reaches 21, at which time my Trustees are to surrender the same to her.

Should she die before then without issue, then my sister Ann Parker [Ann Spence] is to have half to be shared amongst her children…

Should Ann die before inheriting, then her share to be divided amongst William Bolton, Anne Bolton, William Spence, Margaret Spence, George Spence, Annie Spence, Mary Spence, William Spence, Christopher Spence, and Joseph Parker.

To my brother John Spence 1s.

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate, to William Bolton and Christopher Spence, whom I appoint Executors.
