months, the 'bare-bone' extracts of many Property Deeds that I
have been transcribing over the past few years.

of Deeds, Newstead Road, Wakefield, WF1 2DE. You will need to quote the
full reference. NOTE - The cheapest copy (even if it is only one
page) as at 1st April 2005 is £34.00 !

individual?

YES - Sometimes. Use the site Search
facility. If nothing there then contact me as I might have further
information in my master Harrogate Database.
