Piece of land being part of Meadow Close with dimensions as per map and containing 2603 sq yds. Bounded N by property of
Richard Ellis Junr S by Belford Place E by property of Mr Liversidge and
Richard Ellis Junr W by intended new road to be called Avenue Place.
Also the piece of land forming the other part of Meadow Close and separated from above by Avenue Place with dimensions as per map and containing 3440 sq yds. Bounded N partly by land of
Miss Hopper and partly by land of Nicholas Carter and
Richard Carter E by Avenue Place S by Back Tower Street and W by the remainder of Meadow Close and belong to
John Wright.
These pieces of land were Surrendered by John Wright to Nicholas Carter 3rd October 1865.
George Rogers admitted by Court of 31st October 1866.
