William Blackburn - 14th May 1808 - AA013
High Harrogate, Gentleman
To my daughter Hannah Blackburn my house, which is now occupied by my daughter
Ann Tuton, with the adjoining meadow next to the field owned by
William Glenton and occupied by Francis Haw. At her death the same to her children.
To my daughter Ann, until my grandson William Blackburn reaches 21, the house in which I now live, with the adjoining field, subject to and annuity of £10 to my son
Richard Blackburn and his wife Ann Blackburn. When
William reaches 21 he is to have the property with an additional charge of £50 each to my granddaughters
Maria Blackburn, Sarah Blackburn, and Ann Blackburn.
To my grandson William I give all the furniture, goods and chattels, which the assignees returned to my son
Richard at the time of his bankruptcy.
I appoint my daughter Hannah as executor.
