To my wife Ann Smith my household goods and personal estate to pay off my debts. 

The residue of my money to be divided :

To my sons John Smith and George Smith £6 each.

To my son William Smith £1.

To my son Robert Smith and my daughters Ann Smith, Hannah Smith, Rose Smith, and Elizabeth Smith, £6 each.

To my daughter Mary Smith £10, to be paid at £1 per year.

I appoint my wife and my youngest son Francis Smith as executors.

To my wife the yearly income from the lands at Scotton that belong to me, and at her death the same to my son Francis.
