All my personal estate to my friends Samuel Greaves and Francis Pullan Upon Trust to sell and dispose and pay to my niece Jane Linton £5 if the amount raised is less than £100, if greater then £10.

The residue to be placed at interest for the maintenance of my niece Hannah Oliver until she is 21, at which age she is to receive the principal sum invested. Should she die under 21 then the principal sum to go to my sister Mary Gibson.
