Knaresborough
To my son Thomas Collins all my real estate, including that which was devised to me by my late uncle
Richard Collins, charged with (except my house, pew in the church, a close now occupied by my sister
Mary Lamplugh, also the two closes called Stoney Flatts, also the other close now occupied by
James Calah) my debts (especially a Bond to William
Benson), legacies and annuities, also £2,650 to my son William
Collins.
Also to Thomas my half of the advowson of the living, with the tithes, at Farnham. Also all my plate and furniture.
Also to William the house and land at Kirkman Bank in Scriven with Tentergate, now occupied by my sister, also the pew in the north aisle of Knaresborough Church, also the three closes excepted out of the devise to Thomas.
To my sister an annuity of £100.
To my daughter Kitty Collins £10,000, and £200 to be paid to her immediately upon my death.
To my daughter and sons the money in their names in the Doncaster Tontine.
To each of my servants, one year's wages.
To the poor of Knaresborough £20.
The residue of my estate to be shared amongst my sons, whom I appoint as executors.
I wished to be buried in a private manner in the same place with my late dear wife.
