My personal estate to my grandchildren.
To my grandson John Andrew the leasehold property called White House, now occupied by
John Smith, and the adjoining leasehold properties up to the yard, now occupied by
David Myers, in the High Street, Knaresborough. Chargeable with an annuity of £16 to his sister
Sarah Andrew.
To my granddaughter Mary Andrew my leasehold house in High Street, Knaresborough, now occupied by
Robert Dawson, also my furniture, plate and other household effects.
To my granddaughter Martha Andrew my leasehold house in High Street, Knaresborough, now occupied by me.
To my granddaughters Mary and Martha the property at the back of the above mentioned property devised to
Mary and Martha, now occupied by Hannah Briggs, Mary
Luty, and David Benson.
I appoint Thomas Paley of Knaresborough, Brewer, and Henry Hobbs of Knaresborough, Currier as Executors.
