To my wife Sarah Tebb the house in the Parish of St Michael le Belpey, City of York, known as The Fighting Cock Public House, but now converted into tenements.

At her death the same to my brothers William Tebb and George Tebb, Cordwainers, whom I appoint as executors. Also all my household furniture.

To my sister Margaret Hornby £40.

To my sisters Ann Tebb and Dorothy Tebb, £30 each.
