To my wife Mary Nelson all my household furniture, plate and linen. Also my real estate in Knaresborough, occupied by
Richard Sweeting, Christopher Norris, ----- Wilkinson, and
Thomas Petty. At her death the same to my daughter Mary
Dawson. At her death the same to my brother John Nelson In Trust for my grandson
John Dawson.
The residue of my real estate to my son William Nelson.
The residue of my personal estate and a half of the livestock and crops on my farm at Goldsborough to my wife
Mary, In Trust to sell and pay my debts.
I appoint my brother John and my wife as executors.
