To my wife Elizabeth Masterman all my household goods, real estate, and interest from my stock in trade, and personal estate.
At her death he same to my son William Masterman chargeable with £50 each to my four daughters.
I appoint my wife, my brother William Masterman, and my friend
William Swales of Rudfarlington, as executors.

Died 12th August 1822. Probate 30th January 1823. Effects under £200.
