All my real estate at Menwith occupied by me to my daughter Sarah Allanson who is to allow my grandson
John Allanson to cut and remove all timber off the estate and he is to pay an annuity of £2 10s to his mother, starting 2 years after my death.
If my son-in-law, Joseph Allanson, should survive his wife then the rents and profits of my real estate are to go to my grandsons
Benjamin Allanson, Thomas Allanson, Graves Allanson, and granddaughters
Elizabeth Allanson, Jane Allanson, and my son-in-law Joseph, in equal shares.
My real estate at Menwith occupied by me to my grandson Isaac Allanson and granddaughter
Sarah Allanson at the death of my daughter Sarah, chargeable with £450 to my grandchildren
Ann Allanson, William Allanson, Mary Allanson, Joseph Allanson, Benjamin Allanson, Elizabeth Allanson, Thomas Allanson, Graves
Allanson, and Jane Allanson.
If my grandson Isaac should die, without children, before my daughter
Sarah then the same to my grandson Benjamin. If my granddaughter
Sarah should die, without children, before my daughter Sarah then the same to my grandson
John.
The residue of my estates to my daughter Sarah whom I appoint executor.
