To my two sons John Smith and Joseph Smith each an annuity of £12 10s payable out of my estate at Birstwith.

To my grandchildren my real estate at Birstwith.

To my granddaughter Mary Smith, daughter of John, £100. Also some named furniture.

To my son Joseph £100.

I appoint William Andrew and Thomas Jeffray, both of Birstwith, as executors.
