To William Gill, the son of John Gill of Felliscliffe, Blacksmith, my Copyhold estate in Felliscliffe and Birstwith. If he dies without issue then the same to my grandfather John Jeffray. If he dies within 10 years of my death then I give £300 to his executors.

To my cousin Sarah Rhodes £40. To Albert Rhodes, the son of Sarah, £100.

To my cousin Sarah Rushworth, the wife of Major Rushworth of Clint, £10 and my clothes.

To my cousin John Chouler £10.

To my cousin Susanna Busfield, the wife of Jonathan Busfield of Felliscliffe, £20.

To my four cousins John Metcalfe, William Metcalfe, Joseph Metcalfe, and Hardisty Metcalfe, £5 each.

To my friend John Bottom of Felliscliffe, Yeoman, £100.

To Mary Rushworth, the eldest daughter of Sarah, £20

The remainder of my estate to William Gill whom I appoint executor.
