To my son Joseph Silversides my cottage house at Kirk Deighton, now occupied by
Frances Clough, along with £20 when he reaches 21.
Should he die before 21 then the same to my three sisters, Mary Know, Sarah
Crowther, and Ann Flower. Mary to have £10.
To my wife Ann Silversides my personal estate. If she remarries before
Joseph becomes 21 then he is to have £40.
To my nephew William Flower my silver watch.
I appoint my two brothers-in-law, William Robinson of Felliscliffe, and
James Crowther of Halifax, Yeoman, as executors.
