To my wife Hannah Baxter all my household furniture, beds, bedding and linen. At her death the same to my six children Elizabeth Baxter, Hannah Baxter, John Baxter, Mary Baxter, William Hornshaw Baxter and Charles Baxter.

To William Hornshaw and Bartholomew Harper of Killinghall, Yeoman, my brothers-in-law, all my real estate at Farnham which they occupy, along with all my farming stock, crops, livestock, husbandry utensils and personal estate except that already mentioned for my wife, Upon Trust to sell and dispose. Money raised to go to my wife for the upkeep and education of my children. Should my wife remarry then she is to get £200 out of the Trust and the residue to my children.
