To my wife Isabel Demaine one bed and bedding and furniture sufficient for one room.
My remaining real and personal estate to my son-in-law Edward Holmes and my nephew
Godfrey Horsman Upon Trust to pay the profits half yearly to my wife
To my wife £10.
After the death of my wife then half of the Trust fund to go to my son-in-law
Edward Holmes and the other half to my daughter Isabel Wigglesworth the widow of the late
David Wigglesworth; her share remaining invested.
Should Edward Holmes die before his share becomes due the same is to go to my daughter
Mary Holmes.
