My Copyhold property in Darley, now tenanted by Thomas Akers, to my wife Ann Petty and after her death to my son Joseph Petty.

My Copyhold property in Darley that I bought off Henry Smithson, Esq., of Leeds to my son Robert Petty subject to the payment of an annuity of £27 to my wife.

My Copyhold property in Padside which I inherited from my late uncle William Petty to my son Robert Petty.

My Copyhold property in Thornthwaite now occupied by John Graham to my daughters Ann Petty, Elizabeth Petty, Sarah Petty and Mary Petty.

To my son Joseph Petty my Copyhold property in Darley, occupied by James Granger, and the 11 adjoining acres now occupied by me, making a total of 31 acres, subject to a payment of £200 to each of my daughters Hannah Petty and Grace Petty when they become 21. Also subject to £8 per year to the same daughters until they become 21.

My house and garden in Galfay, now occupied by John Coates, to my daughter Rachael Petty.

My Freehold property at Hebden and Hartlington in Craven to my brother Thomas Petty and my friend John Tuley of Thruscross Upon Trust it dispose of the property In Trust for my son Robert Petty.

My 2 cattlegates on Dacre pasture and the residue of my real and personal estate to my son Robert Petty subject to the payment of an annuity of £6 to my daughter Rachael Petty and payment of £25 to my daughter Hannah Petty when she becomes 21 and £25 to my daughter Grace Petty when she becomes 21 and £190 to my daughter Rachael Petty (£40 immediately after my death and the remaining £150 after the death of my wife).

To Thomas Petty, my wife and my son Robert Petty all such estate as are now vested in me Upon Trust.

I appoint my wife and brother Thomas Petty guardians of my children.

I appoint Thomas Petty, my wife and my son Robert Petty as Executors.

To my daughter Rachael Petty £70 after my wife’s death.

To my daughters Hannah Petty and Grace Petty £35 each after my wife’s death.

Testator died 27th September 1815. Probate 11th October 1815. Effects under £200.
