To my wife Ellen Lee, my friends James Paley and Robert Waude £500 Upon Trust to apply the interest for the maintenance and education of my daughter Elizabeth Lee and then On Trust to pay her the £500 at the age of 21.

Another £500 Upon Trust for my wife to have the interest until my daughter is 26 and then my daughter shall have the second £500.

The residue of my personal estate to my wife.

Should both my wife and my daughter die before my daughter reaches 21 the 2 x £500 to go to the executors of my wife.

All my real estate to my wife.
