To William Darnbrough the close of land in Scriven called Sister’s Close chargeable with an annuity of £25 to my wife and payable once my son
Thomas becomes 21.
To Thomas Darnbrough, at 21, the closes called Dodgson’s Close, Janer’s Closes, Leuty’s Close and Smith’s Close, chargeable with a annuity of £25 to my wife.
The cottages in Bondend near and adjoining the Parsonage Garth and all my personal estate to my wife,
William Thackwray and William Snowden of Hunsingore Upon Trust for my wife to enjoy the profits, until my daughter
Katherine Darnbrough becomes 21, for the upbringing of my children. Then Upon Trust to pay to my daughters
Mary Darnbrough and Katherine Darnbrough £1,000 each. Upon further trust to allow my wife to have the interest of £1,000 to be raised out of my estate.
Upon the death of my wife the £1,000 to be paid to my daughters in equal shares.
I appoint my wife, William Thackwray and William Snowden as Trustees and Executors.
